Bringing us Together are part of a larger NHSE project with partners including NDTi, the CBF and self-advocacy organisations looking at experiences of advocacy for autistic children and young people and/or with a learning disability, and their family carers, whilst admitted as inpatients for T4 CAMHS mental health treatment.
We would like to find out more about the advocacy support for families locally, particularly the more informal support networks that may not be formally commissioned as advocacy.
Could you kindly complete the short survey and the information you provide will be used to inform a report for NHSE, and hopefully support the evidence for much needed changes.
Please note, if a child or young person fills this in themselves, we assume they have the capacity to do so and where a child or young person is assisted to fill in the survey, we assume the person assisting them has consented or made a best interest decision.
