The Travel Coordination Team continue to coordinate transport for those vulnerable children that remain in school.
Paediatric Community Occupational Therapy Service will be providing new OT assessments to support hospital discharges and high risk manual handling cases. The service will continue to operate usual hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
The Outreach Inclusion Service (OIS) is continuing to operate during the Easter break if any families, schools, children or young people wish to get in touch. They can offer support with home learning, emotional well-being, counselling or if you’d like signposting for other support.
SEN Team are contactable via telephone and email.
Parent/carers are advised to visit their child(ren)’s educational setting pages regularly, as schools are frequently adding suggestions for home learning activities.
Kooth, which is our online service for young people will continue to deliver an online counselling service that is available to all young people aged 11-19 in Lewisham (and more widely across SE London). This service is now being rolled out to targeted groups of up to 25 years of age. This can be accessed electronically via any device including smart phones.
Kooth will continue to provides free, safe and anonymous online support for young people, they also offer a wealth of information 24/7 on their website and counselling hours are open between: –
Monday – Friday 9am – 10pm
Saturday – Sunday 6pm – 10pm
